Purposes of this seminar

1. 論文を互いに紹介し合うことで重厚長大なシステム系論文をより多く、自己の専門以外の分野についても把握する。
2. その結果として一分野に閉じず価値の高い研究を促進する（システムソフトウェアと新しいハードウェアの協調、アプリケーションの要求を理解したシステム研究等）。
3. また所属を超えた気軽な交流を図りシステム系の研究を盛り上げる

1. Lighten the burden to survey long and heavy systems related papers (especially ones from different areas) by introducing latest papers to each other
2. Promote highly valuable researches across the borders of neighboring areas (e.g. co-operation of system software and new hardware, systems research aware of emerging application requirements)
3. Make systems research community more energetic by promoting communication between people from different affiliations

We welcome international participants as well. The slides will be in English and questions can be asked in English, although the talks themselves might be in Japanese.
